What is the difference between a NAS and the cloud?
A NAS is a storage device in your home or office, the cloud is storage with an external service like OneDrive or Google Drive. A combination of both is often the safest.
How many backups do I need?
Keep important data in at least two places, one of them outside your home or office. We set that up automatically for you.
Can you recover files from a broken drive?
Often, depending on the damage. We look at it and tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you work with Synology and QNAP?
Yes. We install and configure NAS systems from Synology, QNAP and others, including secure remote access if you want it.
